About
the S.F.C.A.
The S.F.C.A. is the national governing body
of the sport of coarse angling in Scotland and represents the
interests of the anglers in it's member clubs and the coarse
angling public nationally and internationally. We are a non-profit making
organisation.
The S.F.C.A. aims to encourage and support
the development of coarse angling in Scotland. It acts as a
national forum for affiliated clubs to share knowledge and
experience and to work together. It can provide advice and
consultancy drawing on the experience of successful member clubs
to help new clubs get established.
A great deal of important work is now in progress in the
areas of Policy & Liaison and Coaching Development aimed at protecting and
developing the sport.
