Seniors National 2014
Background
The Scottish National is open to all members of the SFCA. It is held every year and attracts the top anglers from across Scotland. The match is run as a Combined Individual and Team event although the emphasis is on finding the Scottish Individual National Champion. While the winning team on the day become Scottish National Team Champions, it is the winning team from the Scottish League Championships that has the opportunity to go forward and represent Scotland in the World Club Angling Championships the following year.
Venue & Date
The Championships rotates around different fisheries each year. The 2014 Scottish National will take place at Magiscroft Fisheries on Sunday 8th June.
Timings
Draw: 8.45am
Fish: 11am until 4pm.
Rules
Normal SFCA match rules apply. The individual winner of the event qualifies for the League of Champions Final on 19th October 2014.
Additionally, following the results the names of all anglers who have fished the 2014 SFCA matches will be entered into a random draw to decide the final qualifier for the League of Champions Final.
