Chairman’s Annual Report and Christmas Message

Well, where did 2015 go?!  For the Federation it has again been an extremely challenging and demanding year in which we have often found ourselves reacting to very short timelines simultaneously dealing with several highly important pieces of work.  We have achieved a huge amount this year, but there is always far more that we could and, if we had the time and resources, should be doing.

My Annual Report and Christmas message, which can be found by clicking the link below, is comprehensive by design but I would encourage you all to take a little time to read it in full.  If we as your Governing Body are to continue to promote, protect and deliver the sport that you want to participate in, we need your input.  My report aims to make you aware of not only what we have achieved this year, but what we plan to achieve and also ensure that you are aware of the challenges that we continue to face and what we are doing to try to overcome them.
