The publication of the Plan has been delayed slightly to allow the Executive Committee to consider impacts and opportunities following receipt of the sportsacoltand Annual Investment allocation.

The plan our Startegic Plan 2015-18 and sets out the tagets for the Federation for the coming year, along with the budget allocated to their delivery and the associated risks of not meeting the targets.

The plan is deliberately ambitious and not all of the activity is funded at the begining of the year.  This is a deliberate decision to ensure that we constantly strive to meet the challenge and use all available resources to the best of our ability for the benefit of coarse angling in Scotland.

I realise that it is a large doucment but would urge everyone to at least read the Foreword and Introduction.
