Annual Report and Christmas Message from the Chairman
With the Ryder Cup, Glasgow Games and the Independence Referendum, 2014 has been an extremely interesting and exciting year for Scotland. For the Federation it has also been an extremely challenging and demanding year, but I am delighted to say that overall it has also been a successful one and coarse angling in Scotland has continued flourish despite the inevitable challenges that we have had to overcome.
My Annual Report and Christmas message, which can be found by clicking the link below, is comprehensive by design but I would encourage you all to take a little time to read it in full. If we as your Governing Body are to continue to deliver the sport that you want to participate in, we need your input. My report aims to make you aware of not only what we have achieved this year, but what we plan to achieve and also ensure that you are aware of the challenges that our sport continues to face and what we are doing to try to overcome them.
Chairman’s Annual Report and Christmas Message
In closing, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy Christmas and Tight Lines for 2015.
Gus Brindle, Chairman
