Scotland Squads Announced for Celtic Cup/Stirling International Angling Festival

International Team Manager Chris Paton said today, I’m delighted to announce the following squad for the forthcoming Celtic Cup / Stirling International Festival to be held at Magiscroft on the 8th/9th August.

I’m particularly pleased to bring Josh, John and James into the squad. The three will be making the step up to the senior squad fresh from their first representation at the World U23 Championships in Assen, Holland with Howco Youth Team Scotland. This clearly demonstrates our commitment to developing young anglers into the full international squad and providing a clear target of progression though the various squads from junior to full senior level. This, coupled with the Federation’s focus on young anglers within the domestic match scene including free entry to all SFCA matches, shows the commitment to providing a strong Scotland squad both for now and the future.
Juniors:
Junior International Team Manager, Allan Pellow, has announce the following squad to represent Howco Youth Team Scotland for the same event.
