Bread Punch Fishing on the Canal
Having received a number of requests for information about how to fish the canal and what to use, I have produced three short video clips covering bread punch fishing, They show you how to prepare the bread, what rigs to use, feeding and actually fishing. The clips can be accessed through the ‘Basic Approaches’ page under ‘Go Fishing’ or by clicking the link below:
Please bear in mind that with no one to operate the camera they are not Steven Speilberg productions, but I think they should give you enough information to allow you to get out on the bank and give it a go. I hope you enjoy them.
In the next couple of weeks I am hoping to go back to the canal an cover how to fish the same swim with a waggler rod for those who don’t fish with a pole. If you have any comments or there are any methods that you would like to see covered in this area of the website please drop me an email at chairman@sfca.co.uk.
Tight Lines,
Gus Brindle, Chairman SFCA
